My wife and I are not really dog people, but when we were pestered by our children to adopt a little border collie pup, we relented. Of course we had the usual promises that they would clean up after him, take him for walks and so on. This probably lasted two to three weeks at the most. The dog who we christened Sion because our other border collie was also called Sion, became my constant
